How FreshFirms works

Every business day the Companies Office registers new companies across New Zealand. FreshFirms collects that data and delivers it to your dashboard and inbox, with the company name, registration date, registered address, director names, region and industry for each one. Most brokers and accountants use FreshFirms to reach out before these new businesses have settled on their advisers.

How do I log in or get back into my dashboard?

FreshFirms is passwordless, so there is no password to remember. Go to freshfirms.nz/login, enter the email you signed up with, and we will email you a secure link straight to your dashboard. Your dashboard link from any digest email also works. If you ever lose your link, just request a fresh one at freshfirms.nz/login.

How do I contact a brand-new company?

For each company we surface a phone or email where we have found one (look for the "Reachable now" tag). Many companies are only days old and not online yet, so for those we give you the director's name and the registered office to look up or post to, plus a ready-to-send intro you can copy. We keep re-checking every company and flag the moment a phone, email or website appears, so your pipeline keeps maturing into reachable leads over the following weeks. The advantage is reaching them early, before competitors do.

Setting your region and industry

Open your dashboard and use the filters panel to choose your region (or regions, on Pro) and the industries you focus on. Your daily feed and any instant alerts then tailor to just the new companies relevant to you.

Changing your plan, payment or cancelling

Everything is in your dashboard. Use "Manage billing" to update your card, view invoices, or cancel (cancelling stops any future billing). You can change your region, industry and email frequency from the filters panel at any time.

Do you have a phone line?

We are a digital-first, email-only team, which keeps the product fast and affordable, so we do not run phone lines. We are genuinely happy to help with anything by email at [email protected] and usually reply within one business day.

Where does the data come from?

From the public New Zealand Companies Register and the NZBN register. It is public-record business information used for B2B sales intelligence. We do not sell personal consumer data.
