FreshFirms provides a subscription feed of newly-incorporated New Zealand companies compiled from public sources, for use as B2B sales intelligence.
Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months unless required by law.
The feed is licensed for your own business-development use. You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute the data in bulk. Use of company and director information must comply with the Privacy Act 2020, the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, and all applicable laws.
We provide information, not results. We do not guarantee any sales, responses, or business outcomes. Data is provided "as is"; while sourced from official records, we do not warrant it is complete or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month. Nothing limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.
